We are looking at bringing on 2-3 assistants this fall and the description will be as best as I can explain 🙂

There are two rolls that this position will handle:
1) The unloading/loading and setting up/teardown of equipment.
2) Helping the athletes pose and communicating with them while in line to help the shoot go smoothly. I will do all of the training on this of how we do it. Keeping that line moving and efficient is incredibly important.

TIME REQUIREMENTS
Arrival roughly 60-90 minutes before the shoot to help unload equipment from the truck into carts to transport to the location where we will be taking photos. "MOST" shoots during the week last anywhere from 1-4 hours. We will have weekend shoots that can span over a 7-8 hour time. I'd say in a year we might have 6-7 that are that long.

Fall is our busiest season and we have some weeks that have us out 5+ nights per week. This starts in late July and runs to mid-November.

MINDSET AND PERSONALITY
We keep the focus on the kids (ages 4-18 and everything in between) and them having a great experience. Music is playing and we want them having fun with their teammates. BUT.... we also have to be incredibly efficient with our time and schedule. So you have to love being around kids and know how to communicate with them.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
All of our shoots are on location for that team/club. Typically this is a short walk, but there are a few locations that we are at the opposite end of the football field. Setting up the lights and equipment is all pretty light work, but we do have a couple of heavy stands on wheels that carry all of the sandbags needed to prevent the lights from blowing away in the wind.

We will have several dates in late July and August that the temps are going to be pretty hot. And while I provide water, rehydration packets and as much shade as possible, you will have to be able to handle the heat out on the turf.

PAYMENT
I will do weekly payments via Venmo and starting at $20 depending on your availability and skills.
